V. Paper Towel Roll Crafts

So, let me show some crafts that "roll" into some great inspiration. ...ba dum bum. Uhh, so anyway, paper towel rolls are a form of paper and the things I found are phenomenal!

Rolling Trees

I have stumbled upon this a long time ago and it has resurrected back into my life and it still leaves me astonished. It's absolutely gorgeous and the installation is remarkably breath-taking! Thank you, Yuken Teruya, for your die-cutting skills.

Googly Owls

These are absolutely lovely things to do for kids and I really enjoy the patterns of the uneven wings. All are beautiful ways to design one!

Paper Towel Sculptures
Can you believe these are made out of paper towel rolls?! I love how each has character and personality.

Mini Rolls
A unique way to do some paper pop art. It's just breath-taking and I love all things miniature. It's just something that unnoticed people appreciate more (like me.)

II. Printmaking!

As a designer, I loove printmaking! I have only took a quarter of a semester to learn it my very first year of art school but I have not yet mastered it. It's definitely something I would love to strongly get to know better. I love perfect ones, old looking ones, right down to the ones that are unregistered to its shape. Just the way it sinks onto the paper. One designer I would love to introduce to you is William Morris:

I. Foxes Galore

I've been kind of tired of sea creatures so lately I have been craving for a new obsession. So for my first post I have decided to find beautiful crafts that include foxes!

How-To Foxy Valentine Favors
This is definitely a clever way to make a bag for the lovey-dovey holidays. It's cute, simple and the paper used is vibrant and rich for being noticed. And you can never go wrong with those big puppy eyes!

Fox Plushie
I fell in love when I stumbled upon this plush cutie! The floral patterns are a nice touch with the  burgundy red. And it just looks so lovely. Usually, I enjoy plush toys that have that hand-made look. And the button nose and uneven eyes make my heart happy.

Half Octopus/Half Fox Necklace

Even though I am exhausted of octopi, I have to admit this is the best of both worlds. It's intricate for my taste and I enjoy that Cosmic Firefly Las Vegas has created this monstrous duo.

Folded Fox

And last but not least, origami fox! I have loved origami and all things folded during my childhood and even to this day, I still do. I love when my kids (at the summer camp) show interest in origami because I can see myself and those days of folding, I enjoyed.
